Do I need to bring my own sewing machine?

It is recommended to bring your own (functioning) sewing machine with it's parts (eg. power cords, foot pedal, bobbin, needles, thread, pressure foot) and if you still have your sewing machine manual bring that too!

Do you help fix broken sewing machines?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not fix broken sewing machines. If your machine is broken, we recommend taking it to a sewing repair retailer. You are still able to attend the event and borrow a sewing machine by selecting the “Add-on” option in addition to general admission

I've never sewn before, is this event for absolute beginners like me?

Yes, this event is for absolute beginners and for those who need help starting their sewing journeys.
