Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, we strive to create  yoga classes that are warm, welcoming, and open to all. Our community is here to help support you in living your best, active life.

Relax and enjoy the outdoors at Gateway Park with this 60-minute playful yoga flow class! This breath centered practice will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Bring your yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and a friend or two and join Certified Yoga Instructor, Jessica Kirschner, of Mindful Modern Living. This slower paced vinyasa flow is accessible to all levels, beginners are welcome!O2: Outdoor Office was first launched in the fall of 2020 as a solution to the need for a safe coworking space in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Focused on helping people get out of their homes, O2 offered an extension of the office environment with the opportunity for safe collaboration that people were missing. O2 2.0 brings even more amenities to make Gateway Park comfortable and conducive to outdoor work (and play). With free gigabit Wi-Fi and more permanent seating, O2 2.0 can be enjoyed by Rosslyn’s employees, residents and visitors year-round.
