What should I Bring?

Bring your own pillows, blankets, floor pads and/or yoga mats or camping sleep pads- eye pillow and eye masks encouraged....

Question 2

Do I HAVE to lay on the floor?

Accepted Answer

No- You don't- While a reclining, supine position on the floor is what most folks prefer, we also welcome folks to sit in one of our many available padded chairs...

Question 3

May I bring my child ?

Accepted Answer

Well behaved kids without a case of the wiggles are welcome. However, we find it more enjoyable for children 12 and over.

Question 4

May I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Regarding animals:  While we love our fur babies, the answer is no. Other audience members may have allergies of sensitivities to animal fur and dander.  Additionally, the frequencies are often "too much" for sensitive animal ears in an indoor environment.
