This workshop is designed to help you make peace with food as you heal from food sensitivities

How are you feeling about food and eating?This single session (90 minutes) workshop is designed to help you make peace with food as you heal from food sensitivities.We’ll do some exercises that have overlapping roots in both the Gupta Program (brain retraining and nervous system regulation) and Intuitive Eating.If you enjoy this single session, I will be offering additional group coaching starting <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1810961156569?aff=oddtdtcreator" title="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1810961156569?aff=oddtdtcreator" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jan 22.</a>The format will include participatory exercises with optional sharing. In this videoconference format, people can share their video and audio and have the opportunity to interact by speaking. The session will be recorded in case you need to miss or would just like to review the material. (The recording is only for people enrolled in that particular event and isn't shared with anyone else.)P eople have the opportunity to introduce themselves with a food you enjoy or would like to eat again. I introduce myself in a way that is becoming more common in workplaces and other groups. If this is a way that's comfortable for you, you may also introduce yourself that way. More about me: After healing from food sensitivities with the Gupta Program, I became certified as a Gupta Program coach. I also needed more resources to support coming out of the deprivation pattern from having been on a highly restrictive food rotation diet for many years, which I came to see as a form of orthorexia--an unhealthy anxiety about healthy eating.
