This year’s conference theme is “A Brave New World: Teaching and Thriving in an Era of Rapid Change.” The higher education landscape is evolving quickly, and educators must learn to navigate uncharted territory. The MCAPD conference includes a keynote address, 3 interactive workshop sessions, and networking opportunities. Breakfast and lunch are included. All participants receive an MCAPD giveaway and the chance to win exciting door prizes.
Workshops will address one or more of the following themes:
- Innovation in the Classroom
- Best Practices in Generative AI
- Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging: Promoting Social Justice
- Engaging Today's Student (including dual-enrolled, military/veterans, neurodiverse, multigenerational, etc.)
- Supporting Health and Wellness in Higher Education

Share your insights, creativity, and expertise by submitting a proposal that addresses the conference theme through one of the breakout session themes listed to the right. All breakout sessions are in workshop format and should include an interactive component with clear learning objectives. Workshops are 50 minutes in length.
