Will there be food and drink at TennoCon 2026?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be food and drink available for purchase at concession stands at both venues. There will also be alcoholic beverages available for purchase to those age 19+. You cannot bring outside food and drink into the venues, with the exception of a refillable water bottle.

Will there be food available for those with dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Both venues, and participating food vendors will have options available for those with gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary needs. If your needs are more specialized pleased feel free to reach out directly to see if accommodations  or other arrangements can be made.

Are there age restrictions around TennoCon 2026?

Accepted Answer

While TennoCon is not an event for children, those under 17 may enter provided they are ticket holders themselves, and are accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian, who is also a ticket holder.

Are there COVID-19 restrictions at TennoCon 2026?

Masks are optional but welcomed! We will follow local government policies. Please check the latest travel restrictions before traveling to London, Ontario.

Does the Digital Pack get me into TennoCon 2026?

Accepted Answer

No, the Digital Pack is a bundle of in-game items that is added to your Warframe account upon purchasing the pack. TennoCon Digital Pack items included with physical ticket purchases will be able to be claimed via a code that will be emailed to you at a later date. (Stay tuned for more information!)

Physical tickets are sold out! Is there any way I can still attend TennoCon?

Once tickets are sold out in all ticket tiers, a wait list will be opened. You can join the wait list through the main TennoCon Eventbrite page until it is full.  All wait list approvals will be for General Admission tickets only.

Question 8

Do I need to attend both days of TennoCon 2026?

Accepted Answer

We highly encourage all Tenno to plan to attend both days of TennoCon 2026. Registration, Merch sales, the first night performance, and MORE will be taking place on Friday July 10th. Your entrance time Saturday may be slightly delayed if you are not already registered on Friday, July 10th.

I am no longer attending TennoCon. Can I receive the physical items from my swag bag?

Accepted Answer

No. Attendees must be present to receive their physical swag items. Tickets are non-transferable and physical items cannot be gifted to a proxy. Please request a refund through Eventbrite if you will not be able to attend TennoCon 2026 after purchasing a ticket.

What forms of ID are accepted at Registration?

Accepted Answer

All forms of government issued ID's will be accepted at registration. Examples include: Driver's Licenses, passports, identification cards, military ID, and PIV's.  If you have any questions about the form of ID you plan to present, please reach out to us ahead of time through Eventbrite.

What security measures should I expect at TennoCon 2026?

All guest and bags will be screened by event security upon entry and re-entry. Weapons of any kind are not allowed at this venue. Prop weapons will be subject to inspection and should not include sharp edges or real weapon components in their original form. Bags should not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".

Is re-entry allowed at RBC Place during TennoCon 2026?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All guests must present a valid TennoCon 2026 badge for entry and re-entry on both days of TennoCon 2026. Your digital ticket confirmation will grant you access to the Registration area on July 10th and 11th. We encourage all attendees to pick up their badges and swag on July 10th.

Is re-entry allowed at Canada Life Place during TennoConcert 2026?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to security protocol at the venue, re-entry is NOT allowed. If you experience an emergency of any kind or need assistance while you are at TennoConcert, please find the nearest Canada Life Place staff member for accommodations and assistance.

I am no longer planning to attend TennoCon 2026. Can I request a refund?

Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite and will be assessed by DE customer service on a case by case basis. Tickets are non-transferable. We encourage requesting a refund if you are no longer attending TennoCon 2026.

Question 15

I am not able to attend TennoCon, but would like to purchase the Collector Pack add-on. Can I?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not. Collector Packs will not be available for shipping and must be picked up in person at RBC Place. But TennoCon Merch Packs will be available for everyone to purchase soon! Keep an eye out for details!

What is included in the General Admission ticket?

Accepted Answer

The General Admission ticket includes access to all TennoCon events and activations, including TennoConcert 2026. The TennoCon Digital Pack and TennoCon swag bag is also included with purchase of this ticket type.

What is included in the VIP ticket?

Accepted Answer

VIP ticket includes everything included in the General Admission tier and: VIP Seating for all Main Stage panels, VIP Section Access for TennoConcert, Lounge Access, 1000 Platinum, and TennoCon 2026 Digital Pack.

What is included in the Legendary Ticket Tier?

Accepted Answer

The Legendary Tier includes everything in the General and VIP tiers, and: DE Studio Tour with 15 minute 1-on-1 Dev Q&A, voice recording session, custom glyph, Exclusive Legendary Merch Pack, and TennoCon 2026 Merch Pack.
