Jerry Mikutis is a yoga and Reiki teacher who has been enthralled by yoga ever since her first class in 2005 as a means for mental clarity from the stresses of life. The sense of peace the practice cultivated kept her coming back to the mat and the physical benefits soon made themselves evident. 75 minutes of gentle flow, restorative and Yin yoga infused with the loving light of Reiki.

Come join Jerry for a special gentle yoga class with Reiki.The movement in this class will include aspects of gentle flow yoga, restorative yoga and Yin yoga. Reiki is an energy balancing modality that induces a state of peace and joy in the body, mind and spirit. It is so relaxing that just one hour of treatment can be equivalent to four hours of sleep. While Reiki mainly focuses on the subtler levels of being such as emotional and spiritual aspects, it can bring deep balance to the physical body.Together, yoga and Reiki will be woven throughout the class for a deep sense of bliss and peace.The class will be live on Zoom with indvidual guidance and Reiki from Jerry. Please have props such as blocks, bolsters, towels and blankets nearby to help assist you with a deeper experience of relaxation and support.This is open to everyone.Please note that you will be receiving a separate email with the Zoom login information send to the email you registered with to access this meditation.
