Excelerate Success builds relationships with local people from impacted communities who have anti-oppression expertise and partners with them to offer workshops that center their voices and their messages.

<h1>Decolonizing Nonprofits Level 2</h1><p>This workshop is for those who already have a deep understanding of what decolonizing nonprofits means and who are prepared to start integrating decolonizing themes into their work. </p><p>If you're not yet familiar with what decolonizing means and are looking for a place to get started please join Tara Qallaq Ramos for the<a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/decolonizing-nonprofits-level-1-tickets-179026090857"> Level 1 Decolonizing Nonprofits workshop</a> on November 2nd</p>

<h2>What to Expect/Participation</h2><p>Participants will engage in large and small group conversations and are asked to stay for the duration of the workshop. The workshop will take place on Zoom, and the link will be sent by email the week of the workshop. </p><h2>Tickets &amp; Registration</h2><p>We are offering tickets on a sliding scale model, to eliminate price as a barrier to learning while covering our costs. Suggested price for this workshop is $59.  If your budget allows you to, please consider paying the full amount so we can keep registration accessible for leaders and organizations who may not be in the same position. Greater access strengthens us all!</p><p>On the ticketing page, please select either "standard ticket" to pay the suggested price of $59 or "pay custom amount" to pay what you can. </p><p>If you are registering more than one person, please register each one individually.</p><h2>Refund Policy</h2><p>Refunds will not be given for this workshop; however, you may transfer your registration to another person.</p>

<h2>About Tara ’Qallaq’ Ramos</h2><p>Tara ’Qallaq’ Ramos is Iñupiaq. She was born and raised in Spokane and is a former survivor of the educational system, the juvenile justice system, and the child welfare system. She has spent the majority of her career in the nonprofit world working on racial equity in the very systems she survived and in 2020 she opened her own consulting firm called Redfox Consulting to help organizations across the spectrum build their cultural and racial awareness. She is a mother to 3 beautiful children, she loves to ride her horses, and she loves to to laugh with her husband. </p>
