2026 Celebrate the Arts Vendor Registration

Join us at Celebrate the Arts, our annual Craft Fair and Festival.

Celebrate the Arts is an arts & craft show featuring contributions of unique and handcrafted items from local craft vendors, as well as from SGASD staff and students!

Our event is focused on highlighting the contributions of artists and artisans. We, therefore, reserve the right to deny applications from vendors of commercially made, franchised, resell, or direct-sale items. No more than 5% of our vendors can fall into this category. Please visit our website to see our current list of vendors. As a celebration of creativity, we hope to showcase unique, handcrafted items.

Booth locations will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please make sure to submit your application as soon as possible.

Single Booth (8'x10'): $50

Double Booth Space (8'x20'): $80

Table Rental: $5.00 per table (limited first come, first serve basis)

You will have the ability to choose your spaces when registering for the event by using the "Buy on Map" option. Most spaces will have access to power for running cell phone/laptop chargers or small, low-voltage LED lights. Please bring your own extension cords. A limited number of tables are available for rent for an additional $5. While wi-fi may be available, please have a backup option (e.g. personal data or hotspot) available for processing transactions.

Please register by March 6, 2026.

Please note: Once accepted to the show, NO refunds will be provided.

Before registering, please make sure to check our list of current vendors by visiting our website to determine if our show will be a good fit for your business. The vendor list and map is updated each business day with new registrations.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions set forth by the Spring Grove Area School District. You will be asked to acknowledge your understanding of the agreement when you register.
