How do we Check-In to the Event?

Enter the Village to the Café - Our Team will get you checked in at the Bar & all set to enjoy your morning. All you need to do is provide a first & last name that would correspond with your ticket purchase.

Is there anywhere we should park?

Once you have entered our driveway, follow the Village Wedding & Event signs up past the Office. After you have passed through our Maintenance buildings you have arrived to the Village! There is plenty of space in our paved lot.

What is included in the Ticket Price?

Ticket Price Includes:
• Entry to the Event
• Breakfast Buffet: Waffles, Home-fries, Bacon, Sausage, MTO Omelet Station, Local Coffee, Tea, Hot Cocoa Bar, Juices & Jimberg Maple Syrup
• Meet with Santa
• A Holiday Craft for Each Family & Gift for Each Child
• Access to the Village

How long is the Breakfast Buffet & Omelet Station available?

All food is served fresh & available the entire event, from 9:30AM - 12:00PM.

Can you seat large groups together?

Accepted Answer

If you are looking to attend this event as a large family or your family alonside another, all tickets must be purchased in one order under the same name - There is a max of 10 per table for large groups.

How long will Santa be there?

Santa will be ready to meet with everyone in his sleigh from 9:30AM - 12:00PM.

Can you accommodate Dietary Restrictions?

We are no strangers to dietary restrictions here at Oak Lodge! If you or your child have any specific restrictions with the food detailed in "What is included in the Ticket Price?" FAQ - Please call our office to discuss food options, 724.593.2913.

Are Drinks from the Bar included in the Ticket Price?

Accepted Answer

All Juices, Teas, Sodas & Water are complimentary from the Bar. Cocktails or any specialty drinks/alcoholic beverages from the Bar are at an additional cost.

Question 9

Can I purchase tickets if I'm not attending with a child aged 10 and under?

Accepted Answer

No, this event requires all ticket orders to include at least 1 child ticket. If you are attending with a family who is bringing a child, your ticket will need to be purchased under the same order as your group. Any orders not including a child's ticket will be declined.
