<p>During this demonstration, Kyle Manke will construct a mechanical  root washing machine  that allows for vegetables such as carrots, turnips, beets and other roots to be efficiently rinsed of soil and debris. </p><p>Attendees will go home with the blueprints, directions, tips, and knowledge of how to build a root washing machine for their own produce. </p>
