This Halloween season, join us in-store for a special series of Great Kilt Demonstrations with a spooky Highland edge!Step back in time and uncover the fascinating story of the féileadh mòr (Great Kilt), the garment once worn by Highland warriors, rebels, and perhaps even a few restless spirits. During the demonstration you’ll learn: ◦ The history and significance of the Great Kilt &amp; some ghostly Highland folklore◦ What materials are needed to create your own◦ How to fold, style, and wear a great kilt like a Highlander Our friendly team will share tales of tartan, answer your questions, and after the demonstration you’re welcome to: ◦ Explore your family or clan tartan◦ View swatches of tartans and fabrics◦ Get measured for your chosen garment Daily at 11:00 from 29th October - 1st November in our Albany, NY store. Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome, no tricks, just treats!
