This welcoming session is designed to bring our community together through the practice of gentle yoga, suitable for all levels and abilities. Come as you are and experience the benefits of mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, this class offers a peaceful space to connect with yourself and others in our community</p>
