Since 2002 Sandra Fioramonti-Sabene has been colaborating with CNY artists, musicians and wellness practitioners to bring a wide variety of experiential programs to Syracuse, NY and Central New York.The studios, in the heart of the Salt City, consist of Serenity Studio offering expressive arts and meditative events and the main Studio at Liverpool Art Center hosting ongoing painting and drawing classes (since 2002). <h2>Creating with Spirit: Art, Reflection, Sound Healing and Connection</h2> Join us for a restorative 3-hour workshop focused on creative wellness and deep self-reflection. This session seamlessly blends two powerful healing practices:1. Meditative Painting and Guided Creative Activities to inspire the SOUL!Guided by the instructor, you will experience several of the 100+ guided activities pulled directly from the book, Creating with Spirit by Sandra Sabene. This is an opportunity for a deep dive into creative wellness methods, which include the instructor's personal story and resources for using creativity as a therapeutic tool. You'll engage in guided mindfulness sessions to quiet your inner critic and practice the simple, healing art of meditative painting—the art of painting nothing. This unique approach allows you to bypass conscious thought, focusing purely on flow and color to truly practice the art of letting go (your journal is provided).Each event is different with a variety of creative activities from the 100+ Creative Self Care Activities from the book! Come often! Create your self-care practices at home. 2. Healing Sound Journey: Settle in for a tranquil sound journey using flute, drums, handpan, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sound vibrations offer healing on a cellular level, leaving you feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to your spirit.This workshop is a perfect way to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for a profound sense of wellness.
