Kate is a sound practitioner, breathwork facilitator and energy worker based at the Jersey Shore.  She hosts events each month in various studios and spaces and has private bookings available by appointment.

Welcome to Salt + Sound, an immersive sound experience inside the Private Himalayan Salt Room of The Breathing Rooms Shrewsbury.Guests are encouraged to wear cozy clothes and check in promptly at 6pm for this experience. From there, you will enter the private suite and find your choice of seating: beanbag, hammock, zero gravity chair or laying down right on top of the stones.Blankets and eye masks are provided for coziest and most immersive experience.
