Do I need a rucksack?

No rucksack, no problem! Feel free to bring a backpack, weighted vest, or just yourself! We'll provide a few dumbbells and kettlebells to add weight to your backpack if you'd like but no weights are needed!

Nope, no RSVP needed! Just show up, grab a coffee with us, and we’ll head out for the ruck!

Do I need to be an Inertia client or member?

Nope! Ruck & Brew Crew is open to everyone. You don’t need to be an Inertia member—just come hang out, get active, and enjoy the community!
