What do I do after I register?

Changes to Registration

Transferring your entry and category changes are NOT allowed. To switch, you must re-register with correct info and request a refund for the first entry by the cutoff date. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

To request a refund, either use “Request a Refund” in your confirmation email under My Tickets or in Eventbrite via Tickets in the top-right menu. Requests sent elsewhere won’t be accepted.

Do WMR Employees / families receive a discount?

Yes, 50% off entry fees to all events for employees and their families when that employee qualifies for spouse and dependent passes. You will be asked during the registration process if you work for WMR and for what department you work for. You will need the 'discount code' from your ADP Homepage.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is not required to print your ticket, but it can be helpful. If you intend on purchasing a discounted lift ticket, it is required.

Is this the X-Games?

No it is not. We aim to provide quality and affordable competition in an effort for our skiers and riders to push and pursue their goals on the mountain. These competitions garner a wide spectrum of skill sets and will offer courses and awards to suit that spectrum.

What are my responsibilities as a competitor

Events are a team effort. Competitors must be on time, prepared, and accountable with accurate info. Doing your part helps ensure a smooth event and a fun day on the snow for everyone.

Where do I find results?

Results are announced at the Awards Ceremony and posted online within 1–2 days at skiwhitefish.com/results.

Do I need to return my bib?

You are responsible for any misplaced, damaged, or unreturned bibs. If bib is not returned, you will not be allowed to participate in future WMR events. Please keep track of your bib and return to a bib bucket at the end of your event.
