What are my responsibilities as a participant?

Events are a team effort, requiring timeliness and accountability from staff and competitors. Being accurate, on time, and prepared ensures everyone can enjoy a safe and fun day on the snow.

Question 3

What are my transport options getting to the event and around the village?

Accepted Answer

The SNOW Bus will also operate between Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort. A shuttle will operate in the upper village areas, and all parking lots will be open through the event. Please obey all parking signage

Where do I Check-In?

Accepted Answer

Mandatory check-in for the torchlight is at Chair 2, see the schedule above. Santa's Gift participants only need to be in Ed and Mully's after the torchlight (presents must be dropped off prior) in the Upper Village to confirm your spot.

Question 5

Can I transfer my entry to my friend if I can’t make it to the event?

Accepted Answer

No. See refund information above. New registrations must be completed by the competitor / guardian. You can request a refund, and your friend should register independently.
