Responsibility of the Adult: 3-Day Online Workshop

Are you ready to start living in the present moment, enjoying life to the fullest?

In our adult state, we alone are responsible for our lives without blaming others or the circumstances for what happens to us. We take responsibility for our actions, thoughts, and emotions. We understand we are not perfect. We will make mistakes and decide to learn from them to improve. We make amends when possible, apologize if necessary, and move on. In this state, we are grateful for everything as it is, and we leave behind complaints and victimhood. Being in our adult state allows us to live in the present moment, enjoying life with abundance, health, love, beauty, and success. When I'm in my adult state, I stop imitating the patterns of the past, either mine or from my Family System. When we have entanglements from the Family System, we can be trapped in the child state, in the victim mode, or in the past. It is important to heal these entanglements so we can live and enjoy our present moment here and now. In this workshop, we will work with the following themes:• Beliefs and values from the Family System.• Taking/accepting responsibility for our actions.• Being in the Adult State.• Letting go of the past.• The importance of separating from our parents.• Releasing guilt, shame, or blame.• Ego States in Transactional Analysis (TA) – Eric Berne.• The Drama Triangle: persecutor, rescuer, and victim roles.• Letting go of victim and perpetrator mentality and vibration. * Who is this workshop for?This workshop is for everyone. You don't need previous experience or knowledge of Family Constellations to attend. If you pay by Monday, November 17th, the price is only $135. After that, the price is $185. Important Note: This is a group where everyone is expected to participate and to be fully present (not eating, checking emails, driving, or doing something else) with their camera on. Also, if you can't come at the very beginning or stay until the end, please join a future session. * Participants must be at least 18 years old. * Please arrive a bit early so that we can take full advantage of the time we have together. * I strive to end the sessions on time, but sometimes their fluid nature requires a few extra minutes, so I hope that's OK with everyone. * Privacy and trust among the group members are fundamental for Constellations. For that reason, by agreeing to participate you commit to keeping all information disclosed during the sessions as confidential. Disclaimers:* Family Constellation work presents an avenue for personal development and transformation. It's important to note that this practice is distinct from therapy and should not be viewed as a replacement for it. If you feel that discussing challenging events -- either on your own or with others -- could potentially destabilize you, this method of healing may not be suitable for you. While I aspire for this process to contribute positively to your journey, it's important that you know that I lack the resources to address severe psychological challenges. * Constellations can have a positive impact on your well-being. However, you should never stop taking medication, therapy, or treatment without the approval of your doctor or therapist. By participating, you confirm that you do not suffer from any mental or medical condition, disorder, or injury that could make it inadvisable for you to participate in the session.
