Question 1

Where is parking?

Accepted Answer

Park behind the building and come on in!  Chrysalis is located right inside the back door.  Please leave shoes outside of the studio.

Question 2

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothing that you will feel relaxed in.  Layers are suggested since there will be a period of meditation in addition to stretching.  Don't forget a water bottle!  Restrooms are conviently located outside of the suite.

Question 3

I am uncomfortable with getting up and down off the floor.  How will I fit in with this class?

Accepted Answer

Once we are on the floor, we stay on the floor till the end of class.  There is plenty of time for transition with a zero stress environment.  Stretch and Meditation does not hold positions where balance is an issue either! Laurie is trained to understand most movement restrictions.

Question 4

I am unable to do yoga.  Can I do stretch and meditation at Chrysalis?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This class is for you!  Laurie is highly trained with decades of experience on movement with injuries and health concerns.  If you can get to the floor with or without assistance, we can make sure you get up with or without assistance.  Movements will bring a deep connection with self with ease
