"Taste the Gouda Life" with us at Unwined; accompanied by cheese monger, Vince Giordano of VM Giordano Imports European Cheese Shop at the Rochester Public Market and Sonya Borys, former sommelier/current cheese and wine enthusiast with Empire Merchants North.We are thrilled to offer this opportunity to learn, pair, and take pleasure in some of the most flavorful and distinct gouda cheese Rochester offers! You will be welcomed with a warm bite upon arrival, checked-in to pour from our infamous Wine Stations, and directed to your seat to experience four unbelievable cheese/wine/beer pairings. We will conclude this joyful occasion with Giordano's one of a kind grazing table, included in your ticket cost.The fun doesn't end there! We are open until 10pm, so please stay awhile!
