Heartwood Hill Lane. We call it Lot A. It’s on a reasonable gravel road. Grass and gravel lot. Well packed ground, not muddy or dirty. Park along the edges with the other vehicles leaving enough space to get in and out. This lot is about 100 yards from the event. You can drop off people and go park

Park in Lot A on Heartwood Hill Lane. Walk the short distance to the event on the right. You will see the entrance when you turn to parking. Parking is on Heartwood Hills Lane. The event is on Johnson Road. Check in at the Creepy Cafe, get your wristband, and you’re all set! Have fun!

Wristbands?

Yes. All attendees need to check in at the Creepy Cafe for their wristband. Even friends of friends. For safety, help us help you.

Drinking?

You can. Know your limits, this event ends at midnight.If you get wasted, someone  might hide your keys, or worse…your shoes and phone. Don’t play with the fairies in this way.

Kids Zone?

Yes. A kids zone will be at the outdoor kitchen space behind the large counter. This space is for them to make their own. Store their stuff. No stumbling through by random ew grownups ew gross. Go awayuhhhh. Parents welcome! We can set up chairs in front and be near them AND give them space.

If you must, go to the edge of the entrance or by the sound booth at the main stage. Try to avoid the crowd. Just be considerate. No trace. If you toss one down you will be told to pick/clean it up. There are about 20 of us on patrol.

I will monitor the forecasts. If it’s rainy or extremely cold, or windy beyond reason, we cancel and you click for a refund. This determination would be made a week out. If it’s ‘iffy’ check back and we may decide to proceed especially if it clears up. I know this part is always confusing.

Hiking?

Yes. Day time. Stay on trails. Avoid private property and private driveways. Always travel with a buddy. Ask a local before you tread. This is a heavily forested area and we have rustic trails that ultimately lead off to who knows where.

Where do I take my concerns during the event?

The Creepy Cafe Crew. Anyone behind the counter should be able to address any concerns or advise next steps. If you see something, say something. Is someone bothering you by too much attention or too physical? Come tell me. I’ll handle them.

Yes. There will be multiple fire rings for warmth and gathering.

Reasonable size. Keep trash low, pack in pack out what you can. Outside food and drinks permitted, again, keep it personal and bring what you need.

Yes. 4 outlets at a charging station by the coffee and tea station. Standard outlets. Block and cord required. No USB outlets. No wi fi.

12 hours. One day only. Friday October 31, 2025. This is an annual event. We are excited to celebrate with you on Halloween! Most years it’s in a different day.

Why does the event list this as a multiple day event? ?

My bad. I was trying to set it to annual and misunderstood the options. The settings got stuck and it told me it was too late  to edit or change that setting. But it DOES end on midnight technically the next day. Apologies for any misunderstanding.
