SB Sheriff's CCW Range Re-Qualification 8 am - 5 pm

If your CA CCW will expire in the next 180 days, or if your CCW has already expired, schedule your Range Date for your Re-Qualification held at Apple Valley Gun Club for the San Bernardino County Sheriff Dept.

The rules have changed! EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN 8 HOUR IN PERSON CLASS WHICH INCLUDES A WRITTEN TEST AND A RANGE QUALIFICATION WITH EACH FIREARM.

California CCW Range Qualification for the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department are conducted regularly at Apple Valley Gun Club.

You MUST pre-register here on Eventbrite. Walk-ins are NOT allowed. There is no discount for AVGC Members

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

1. Follow the Yellow CCW signs.

2. Proceed directly to the Registration Table to sign in (Bring your CCW Permit and a written list of the firearm (s) you are putting on your CCW including Make, Model, Caliber & Serial number.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

• Your CCW Permit

• A written list of your firearm(s) including Make, Model, Caliber & Serial number for each gun you will be putting on your CCW Permit.

• The FIREARM (s) that you are putting on your permit

• 2 empty magazines or speed loaders for each gun

• A minimum of 30 rounds of ammunition for each gun (must be factory new, no re-loads or steel core)

• Eye & Ear Protection - Electronic Ear Pro preferred

Transport and arrive with your unloaded firearm(s) in a LOCKED CASE (soft or hard sided).

LEAVE ALL FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION SECURED IN YOUR VEHICLE, DO NOT BRING THEM INTO THE CLASSROOM...INCLUDING YOUR EVERYDAY CARRY FIREARM!

DO NOT uncase your firearm(s) until instructed to do so. This includes your carry gun.

DO NOT come on AVGC property with a loaded FIREARM. This includes your carry gun!

Anyone who does not follow the Range Safety Rules will be escorted off the property.
