But since she began training stylists to become business owners, Tika has transformed her hobby beyond a career into a calling. In her current venture Lucky You Salon &amp; Suites, Tika has 23 resident stylists, many of whom she trained in both styling and entrepreneurship.With her latest endeavor SERV Salon &amp; Suites, Tika ramps up her mission of cultivating a community of entrepreneurs building their own personal care businesses. SERV (which stands for Seeding Entrepreneurs Reverently and Victoriously) reflects Tika&#x27;s true dedication to serving others, whether it&#x27;s through hair care or mentoring budding stylists to become successful entrepreneurs.Tika has also taken her talent to the classroom as the first natural hair care educator at Central Piedmont Community College.
