FREE In-person and virtual conference: Edixie Pérez is a Marketing and Creative Strategist with over 12 years of experience spanning the federal, non-profit, and private sectors. She specializes in leading creative projects, multi-channel communications, web design, KPIs, and digital-driven media campaigns. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with recognized brands such as Doritos, Wingstop, the Cangrejeros men’s basketball team, and Econo Supermarket, delivering innovative strategies that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. 


Opening Keynote Speaker: Edixie Pérez

Participants will learn to effectively communicate why they are the perfect fit for a job within 90 seconds. They will be able to present two to three compelling selling points that clearly highlight their suitability for the role, supported by concrete examples. Overall, this competition will equip participants with the skills and confidence to stand out and successfully advance in the hiring process.


Perfect Pitch

Participants will apply problem solving and creative thinking in a collaborative environment, leveraging teamwork and innovative tools; including AI to generate marketing solutions and present their ideas visually and professionally through effective storytelling and data integration. *This competition will run in a separate designated room
