Each evening features a 30-minute talk from a founder, followed by open discussion and networking with fellow entrepreneurs, startups, and business professionals.

Bella, who founded Salad Creative in 2001, has been a guest lecturer at Arts University Bournemouth, Bournemouth University and Bath Spa University, is a mentor to a young care leaver, and has an ever-deepening desire to empower the next generation and emerging business leaders with sustainable business practice.
