A: Each session includes:
- 4 lightly retouched digital photos of your choice with Santa
- Parents and siblings included
- Social media photo op in studio
- Option to purchase additional digital images
- For families larger than 5, please book two packages and schedule back sessions.

Q: How do I schedule my preferred appointment time?

A: We will send you a link to schedule  your preferred time after payment.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

A: All sales are final, but we allow reschedules when requested at least 72 hours before your session. If you cannot attend, please contact us at info@blacksantahouston.com and we will issue a credit for a future date.

Q: Is there a limit on how many family members can be in a session?

A: If your family or group is larger than 5, please book two packages and schedule back sessions of your choice. This will allow ample time for your group to be photographed and chat with Santa Claus or Mr. & Mrs. Claus (if she is available).

Q: How do I get my photos?

A: Your photos will be available 7 business days after your appointment date via a link we will provide at checkout.

A: Our studio is located at 6220 Westpark Drive Ste 155, Houston, TX 77057. Free parking is available onsite. Location details and arrival instructions will be sent in your confirmation and reminder email.

What should we wear for our session?

A: Families often choose holiday outfits, pajamas, or coordinated colors. Feel free to bring small props or gifts to include in your photos, they make the session personal and memorable.

A: These sessions are designed for children with autism, sensory sensitivities, or special needs. We create a calm environment with softer lighting, reduced noise, and extra time to capture magical moments at your child’s pace.

A: Yes, all sessions must be booked in advance through Eventbrite. Once your ticket is purchased, you'll receive a link to select your session time in our scheduling system. No walk-ins are accepted.
