Microbrews from the Midwest and brats from D&M Meats (Breese IL)-perfect pairings for Octoberfest on the Farm

Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery

Join us for a fun and informative Octoberfest on the Farm, Thursday, October 21st. We&#x27;ll be featuring a tasting of several microbrews from Midwest Breweries along with a brat sampler from D&amp;M Meats in Breese IL. D&amp;M Meats raises heritage hogs and lamb. Our beer and cider distributor, Heartland Beverage, will be here to talk all-things near and dear to beer fanatics. D&amp;M Meats Farmers will man the grill and talk to guests about how they raise their livestock. Seasonal sides will round out the menu. Here is the planned menu with accompanying beers:<ul><li>D&amp;M Meats Lamb and Heritage Pork Brats cooked on our wood-fired grill
