Taking time to reset at the end of your week allows you to go into the weekend feeling restored, peaceful, and aligned with your true self. Consistency is key to creating lasting transformation and consistent peace!

Come join me in experiencing a true awakening of your inner self! This Soma Awakening breathwork ceremony is specifically intentioned as a manifestation supercharge and energizing your mind and body. Whatever it may be that you are wanting to experience in your life right now....maybe it&#x27;s a powerful release of stored trauma, a new career, a life partner, all the money in the world, more freedom....whatever it is, this powerful ceremony will help you achieve just that!!You will walk away feeling amazing and energized in your body, mind, and soul. Your vibration will be extremely high and you will get to take that energy into your life!!!We will start with an introduction into what breathwork is and the amazing physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of it and then move into an exercise that will help you get really clear (clarity is sooo important!) on what you wish to create in your life right now. We will have a short sharing circle for those that wish to share their intentions with the group (always more powerful when you speak it out loud!) before we move into the instructions for what you will be doing, followed by the actual breathwork ceremony. Following the ceremony, I will leave time for another short sharing opportunity for those that want to talk about their experience and ask any questions that may have come up in the process.The previous ceremonies were MAGICAL with so many releases and awakenings happing for so many of those in attendance!!!Some things to note: To get the maximum benefits, please make sure you are in a comfortable location for the ceremony and have no distractions for the entirety of the session. This is really important to allow yourself to go all in!! If you have eyeshades, bring them! It is recommended that you come on an empty stomach. That means, try and at least not have had any food for two hours before hand. Also make sure you bring a pen and paper so you are able to write down your intention as well as earbuds or ear phones. The music will sound better with ear phones as opposed to just listening through your phone or computer.
