Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for women who carry a lot — emotionally, mentally, and physically — and often feel like the “go-to” person for everyone else. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or just need space to breathe, this hour is for you.

Do I need to be a mom to attend?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. While many of the women I work with are mothers, this space is open to any woman navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional overload.

What if I can’t attend live?

Accepted Answer

No worries — everyone who registers will receive access to the replay within 24 hours, along with a downloadable worksheet to revisit on your own time.

Is this therapy?

This is not a therapy session, but it is a therapeutic, guided space led by a licensed therapist. It’s designed to be supportive, educational, and grounding — a blend of psychoeducation, nervous system care, and real-life tools.

What will I need to participate?

Just a quiet(ish) space, a journal or notebook, and a willingness to show up as you are. Pajamas, tea, messy buns — all welcome.

Is this interactive or more like a lecture?

This is a mix. I’ll be guiding you through powerful insights and tools, but there will also be gentle invitations to reflect, journal, or participate in the chat if you’d like. You’re welcome to keep your camera off if that feels safer.

Can I invite a friend?

Absolutely. You can either send them the registration link or purchase an extra ticket for them as a gift. Just let me know their name and email if you’d like them to receive the worksheet and replay.

Do I need any prior experience with mindfulness or regulation?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. This is beginner-friendly, heart-centered, and intentionally made for women who may have never been taught how to regulate emotions — especially in the face of high stress or caretaking roles.

What’s your refund policy?

Because space is limited and all registrants receive access to the replay and downloadable worksheet, refunds will not be issued for this event.
If you can’t attend live, you’ll still get the full experience on your own time.
