9-foot-tall skeleton puppets, masked calaca procession, ballet folklórico performances, and more! In partnership with Cultural Coalition.

This family-friendly event is FREE and features mask-making, ballet folklórico performances, calaca puppets, a community altar, and more. All of these activities are taking place in the lobby at CCA. Attendees are invited to dress in their Day of the Dead best.<h3>Schedule of Events</h3>3:00 - 5:00 PM | Paper mask-making activity for families 3:00 - 6:00 PM | Face painting provided by artist Sulvia Viveros and assistant. 3:30 - 4:00 PM | Ballet Folklórico performances 4:30 - 5:30 PM | Calaca puppet photo opportunity; Marvel at towering nine-foot skeleton puppets, handcrafted by Zarco Guerrero and animated by the Cultural Coalition, as they roam the lobby 5:30 - 5:50 PM | Performance by Herencia MexicanaAfter the community festivities, Edna Vázquez will perform on the Steena Murray Mainstage at Chandler Center for the Arts beginning at 7:00 P.M. <a href="https://chandlercenter.org/events/edna-vazquez" title="https://chandlercenter.org/events/edna-vazquez" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tickets start at $32.</a>
