Children will show love to hungry neighbors by packing a healthy breakfast kit for families supported by Worthington Resource Pantry

Who this Anywhere Project is for:Ages 2 to 12. Not sure if this project is the right fit for your kids? Email us with questions at programs@seedsofcaring.org.What you'll be doing:Warm hearts and fill bellies by packing a healthy breakfast kit for our hungry neighbors. Children will explore how hunger affects our bodies and minds through a read-aloud and age-appropriate discussion. Then, helping hands will write a message of caring and pack a healthy breakfast kit that will be distributed by the <a href="https://www.worthingtonresourcepantry.org/" title="https://www.worthingtonresourcepantry.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Worthington Resource Pantry</a>.When you'll be doing it:This Anywhere Project can be done at home, school, or wherever you are!This project is on-going. Families and groups may participate anytime until the project ends on November 23rd. Donations may be contact-free, porch-dropped from 9am - 7pm November 21-23 at a Seeds of Caring Ambassador’s home in Dublin, Powell, Upper Arlington, Grove City or Gahanna. Addresses are provided in the service packet.How it all works:Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a link to your service packet. This packet includes project instructions, guided discussions and more. In every Seeds of Caring service packet, you'll find quick, easy-to-use guides to support you in leading meaning-making conversations! This project's guided discussion focuses on hunger and service.Approximate Cost:$5 for 1 kit that includes individual oatmeal packets, jar of cinnamon, small boxes of raisins, and a message of caring. More details provided in your service packet.Why you'll be invited to donate:Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you.
