2024 Nobel Peace Prize Winner Nihon Hidankyo visits DePaul!The DePaul Humanities Center is honored to welcome Mr. Satoshi Tanaka, Hiroshima survivor, journalist, and representative of the 2024 Nobel Peace Prize winning group Nihon Hidankyo.Join us for an important evening to hear about the work of Nihon Hidankyo in promoting the rights of all atomic bomb survivors and in advancing the goal of world free of nuclear weapons.Mr. Tanaka will be joined by Myrriah Góme, author of Nuclear Nuevo México: Colonialism and the Effects of the Nuclear Industrial Complex on Nuevomexicanos, Associate Professor in the Honors College at the University of New Mexico.
