What time does the event begin?

Accepted Answer

The event's start time will depend on your time zone.  5:30 PM Pacific Time Zone - 6:30 PM Mountain Time Zone - 7:30PM Central Time Zone - 8:30 PM Eastern Time Zone.  It's best to log in a few minutes early just in case of any tech issues.

What if I miss the session? Will there be a replay?

The session replay will be available to paid members of Bloom Boldly & Beautifully.   If you'd like a copy of the replay, please email me at aholisticheart@yahoo.com.  I'll be happy to email it to you.

Is this for beginners?

Yes, absolutely! This practice will benefit all levels of breathwork experience.

What do I need to have on hand?

Accepted Answer

It's important to be in a place where you feel safe.  Have anything that helps you to feel comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, etc.  Essential oils, crystals, a stuffed animal, or a trinket that you find soothing.  Journaling during or after can be powerful.
