This practice is designed for maximum accessibility and bodies with injuries, restrictions are not only welcomed but encouraged.

I'm New to Yoga What Can To Expect?

This experience is perfect for beginners. Yin Yoga is a practice of passive movement & long holds. We will be on the floor 98% of the practice with no up & down,  so it is low to no impact. Teacher will demo all movements & provide options for maximum accessibility for all.
