EQ Fitness and Physical Therapy

Join us on Sunday October 12th at 2:00 pm at EQ Fitness and Physical Therapy in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for restorative Yin Yoga (led by Jacki Edenfield), self massage for breast health (led by Shannon Livezey of Avodah Massage Therapy), PT exercises to promote lymphatic drainage (led by Dr. Kelsey Stegall of Prosper and Thrive Pelvic Health and Wellness), and instruction on self breast exam with a Q&amp;A session to follow (led by Dr. Lawren Honken of Your Friend the OBGYN)!Please bring your own yoga mat, however there will be mats available if you do not have one.All ages and genders are welcome! Parents, please be aware that we will be discussing breast health and if that is not yet something you wish to further discuss with your child then this workshop may not be for them.
