Join us for our Communal Breathwork class at WORTHY, guided by Haley. This 50-minute evening session will focus on restorative breath practices designed to calm stress, soothe your nervous system, and help you feel grounded and renewed.
This class is the part of a new monthly offering at WORTHY, part of our intention to bring community together through shared wellness practices.
