Join Katie and Mandy for an evening of seaside healing, soaking up the powerful healing effects of the ocean as you are guided through a restorative session; giving yourself permission to release and receive. In these modern times we are inundated on a daily basis with non-stop information and technology is available at the touch of our fingertips; our nervous systems operate in a constant state of overdrive. We have designed this special session to give your mind and body time and space to slow down. We will incorporate relaxing breathwork, gentle yoga, reiki and sound healing to reset and re-center your head, heart and body. About Your Facilitators:Katie Doyle is the founder of Bloom Burst and a wellness advisor who works at the intersection of health, healing and wellness to be able to support her client&#x27;s mind, body and spirit. Katie is a registered yoga and meditation instructor, holistic health coach, sound healing facilitator and workplace wellness advisor. Her goal is to make whole-body wellness attainable, approachable, and accessible.
