Legacy Traditional Schoolsbelieves there is no limit to what a student can achieve with a great education and strong character. Our nonprofit network of tuition-free, A-rated public schools was founded on this principle, and it underlies our mission to build lifelong learners and good citizens. Every Legacy Traditional School features a rigorous, well-rounded curriculum that emphasizes all areas of academic study, including the arts,  physical education, athletics and extracurricular activities. We serve over 25,000 students in Arizona, Nevada and Texas.

On behalf of Legacy Traditional Schools, Superintendent Dr. Jenni Turney, and Founding Principal Dr. Lauren Prochak, it is our honor to invite you to the Groundbreaking Ceremony for our flagship South Carolina campus in Columbia. The program will feature remarks from local leaders, a ceremonial dirt-in-shovel turning, and a celebration of the bright future ahead for Columbia families. We are grateful for your leadership and commitment to our community, and we look forward to celebrating this milestone together. ABOUT LEGACY<ul><li>Legacy Traditional Schools is a network of tuition-FREE public charter schools, founded in 2007 and now serving more than 26,000 students across Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, and we’re coming to South Carolina!</li></ul> <ul><li>As the first South Carolina campus, Legacy - Columbia will set the standard for future LTS campuses across the state, making this a groundbreaking milestone moment for students, families, and community leaders.</li></ul> <ul><li>Our new two-story, 80,604-square-foot flagship campus will sit on over 16 acres for students in grades K-8, opening in fall 2026.</li></ul> <ul><li>At Legacy, we’re committed to helping every student win in and out of the classroom. Our traditional, back-to-basics curriculum builds strong foundations in reading, writing, and mathematics, while developing well-rounded kids through the arts, athletics, and innovative clubs and programs.</li></ul>
