Located at 3030 Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis, this site is deep in Minneapolis and Nicollet Avenue history. Many locals still refer to this location as the home of the minor league Minneapolis Millers (or Nicollet Park). More recently, Opportunity Crossing replaces a former Wells Fargo branch that was destroyed during the 2020 civil unrest. Today, the site stands as a symbol of resilience and reinvestment, aimed to support individuals and families with lower incomes through housing stability, economic opportunity, and community-centered development. Parking: Surface lot at back of apartment, towards the Wells Fargo side, otherwise street parking

Catering: Afro Deli (new restaurant location coming soon to first floor of this building!)
