The Grit is an endurance workout that will allow you to challenge yourself physically and mentally. It is made up of a half mile run followed by one functional workout station. This is repeated 8 times. It will require strength, speed, power, endurance, and most of all GRIT. It will be a fun way to challenge your overall fitness and provide a great sense of accomplishment for you (or your team of two) when finished!
The GRIT is open to members and non members, but with limited space!
