Amba Women's Summer Full Moon Gathering: Come Celebrate the Strawberry Moon with Us!

Please join us on Thursday, June 16th, 2022 to celebrate the June Strawberry Moon with an Amba Women's Fall Full Moon Gathering!Once a season, on the Thursday evening closest to the full moon, we come together in community as women have done throughout the centuries to move and breathe and dance under the open sky, to appreciate ourselves for what we are, and to enjoy a few simple ceremonial elements meant to bless the month we have just lived with our own appreciation and wonder, while simultaneously releasing anything that we do not wish to recreate in the months ahead.What no longer serves? What is not “you,” but the symptom of a conditioned way of living that perhaps used to work as an emotional survival tool when you were small, but no longer serves the fully empowered, loving and radiant one you are becoming as an emotional adult? The full moon is a time to reflect on all of the wonderful progress you’ve made in the past season, and to set the intention of letting go of anything that no longer serves the highest good.All of our Amba full moon gatherings are held outdoors/en plein air, making it easy to follow COVID-19 safety protocols. We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance during all movement practices. Arrive early, bring your own blanket (a blanket is preferrable to a yoga mat for these practices), and be prepared to sweat. Masks required during post-movement festivities. Tickets are very limited. You MUST have a ticket in order to attend this event. 15% discount for certified Amba Movement facilitators (email ellen@ellenkatharineembodiment.com for code). NO EXCEPTIONS.Each ticket includes:-full 90 minute Amba movement practice session outside under the full moon-self-appreciation ritual-ceremonial-grade vegan, sugar free cacao from Cacao Connections-optional “mermaid swim” in a heated, ozonated therapy pool-cleansing/releasing fire circle in a medicinal herb garden- closing kirtan/sing-a-long-BONUS: you will also receive the evening’s Amba play list to help you remember how it feels to shower yourself with this kind of love and appreciationMOVEMENT PRACTICE BEGINS AT 8:00 PM SHARP. FESTIVITIES END AT 11:00 PM!
