Feel–Deal–Heal: Dealing with Grief and Depression

HUGS Life EnRICHment Program seeks to serve and support high need populations in PITT and surrounding counties, by providing tools and resources in financial literacy, employability, mental health, and basic life skills, at no cost, through classes designed to educate, equip, and empower participants to create economic and personal growth opportunities. Participants must be 18 years of age or older with a desire to EnRICH their lives in all areas.

At this HUGS Life EnRICHment session, we’re creating space for real conversation, emotional release, and practical tools to help you heal at your own pace. This isn’t just about coping. It’s about acknowledging what hurts, making room to feel it, and discovering ways to move forward with support. Whether you’re grieving a loss, struggling with sadness, or simply need a place to breathe—this space is for you.
