Walktober Pasadena 2025

Walktober is a month-long series of walking events in Pasadena, sponsored by the City of Pasadena Department of Transportation. Day One and the Pasadena Complete Streets Coalition are the primary organizers with numerous partner groups and volunteers.

The Caltech History &amp; Architectural Tour Service (CHATS) will take you on a tour of the northern part of the Caltech campus with a focus on its modern buildings. The tour will be of building exteriors only, guided by knowledgeable and experienced CHATS docents.Important note: The Chen Neuroscience Research building is located on the northwest corner of campus at the corner of Del Mar and Wilson.This tour will be available in English and Spanish. <ul><li>Total distance will be approximately 1.5 miles.</li><li>We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, sunblock, and a hat.</li><li>We also recommend bringing water and a snack.</li></ul>Please register in advance to help us anticipate the number of attendees. <ul><li>We encourage walking, biking or taking transit to all Walktober events. Check the parking signs for restrictions or pay options.</li><li>There is free parking across the street (341 S. Wilson Ave.) in a Caltech parking structure.
