<p>Meet Masashi Yamamoto, one of Japan's greatest knife makers, and see him forge knives in Toronto! Known for his distinct, slick blades, world-class craftsmanship and blazingly sharp edges, Masashi-san is one of the most skilled blacksmiths of our time. He'll also be custom-engraving his knives for folks on-site! Additionally, guests will be able to experience a live knife skills demo with celebrity chef Romain Avril and enjoy a meet and greet with viral content creator, Clement Leung (IG: @insta.noodls).</p>
