Known for his experience, knowledge, and skill, many homeowners sought his company out to set and pour the ICF walls for their homes.After years of hearing homeowners wish they could find more builders willing to push the envelopes of sustainability, comfort, health, and efficiency; he began R-Value Homes, building his first complete home in 2014.So many lessons were learned along the way, but amidst the whirlwind of learning how to manage a business, enduring truths were revealed and became guiding principles.
