Longevity Class - A brand new class suitable for all levels  kicking off this week in Edinburgh for those over 50.

Fitness Soul

My aim is to help busy women and men over 50 move with ease, confidence and purpose and to challenge their beliefs about their physical capacity.This is not a traditional pilates or yoga classes but the content has been influenced from these disciplines alongside many others including callisthenics and parkour.A 1 hour class that will focus on improving your mobility and strength using predominantly bodyweight exercises.Open to all!
