Find your core strengths, values and develop a personal mantra in order to create balance + wellness.  Studies have shown that self-love is the key to mental wellbeing and it keeps depression and anxiety at bay. By being more self-aware we can create happiness, fulfillment, and a real sense of self-worth, that is reflected in your life, relationships, conversations, and your outlook on life.In this 6-Steps to Self-Awareness program you’ll receive assistance in working through these 6 steps, strategies to decrease stress, and tips on how to foster resilience in times of adversity.I understand that by registering for this event, my email address will be added to the SpeakUp ReachOut email distribution list, if not already included.
