We are pleased to invite you to join us for the inaugural Golden Hour Supper Society dinner. Curated and prepared by Chef Tina Kuehn of K Restaurant and Catering in Sioux Falls, we will dine at community tables at Good Roots Farm &amp; Gardens at golden hour. The menu features four courses of fall fare and crisp harvest vibes. Dinner includes 3 wine pairings or non-alcoholic cocktails.The Menu: First Course: Brie apple toast, sweet potato bacon &amp; gorgonzola bites, and salami cheddar cups - paired with sparkling wine.Second Course: Caramelized onion &amp; gruyere puff pastry tart with dressed greens - paired with white wine.Third Course: Pan sauteed potato gnocchi with butternut squash sage sauce &amp; balsamic garnish, chicken wrapped in prosciutto, and baby green beans - paired with red wine.Fourth Course: Apple walnut brandy cake. More Details: This event starts at 6:30pm, please be timely. We will be hosting outdoors and indoors as weather allows so please dress accordingly. We are limiting capacity to 48 guests and all staff including the chef and servers will be wearing masks.
