When is set up time for on-site vendors and sponsors?

Friday, November 1st from 4:00pm until 5:00pm Address: 508 South Street, Savannah, TN 38372 located in the Hardin County High School Cafeteria. This address will bring you to the back door of the cafeteria.

What are the operating hours of the Vendor Hall?

Saturday, November 2nd from 7:00am until 5:00pm and on Sunday, November 3rd from 7:00am until 3:00pm with tear down from 3:00pm-4:00pm.

Is the vendor hall open to the public?

The Vendor Hall will be open to those that are attending with firefighters such as friends and/or spouses. The vendor hall is open to all attendees, instructors, and event staff as well.

How will the Punch Cards work?

Vendors will receive a hole punch to use when you check in on Friday night or early Saturday morning between 6:30am-7:00am. As attendees check in through registration desk they will be given a punch card to bring to the Vendor Hall to encourage interaction with you all.

Do Vendors need to bring a gift?

We do encourage each vendor to bring a gift with them, although it is not a requirement to attend. This item can be used in our drawing at the end of the event OR can be placed on your table for attendees to enter while at your booth.
